The Technology Olympics’ Jobstation has provided a platform for companies active in the technology and innovation ecosystem, especially the member companies of Iran International Innovation District, to offer their job opportunities. Specialists and technology experts in the fields of electrical, electronics, mechanical, and computer engineering can also define collaborations with leading technology and knowledge-based companies through innovative job-matching methods. The Workstation includes the following sections:
- Talent Stage
In the Talent Stage section, job seekers present their abilities publicly on stage for 5 minutes to the employers attending the event. The employer selects the individual who best fits the job opportunity from among the presenters and invites them for a job interview.
- 3-on-3 Duel
In this section, the job seeker presents their abilities privately and exclusively to one employer for 3 minutes. Then, the employer has 3 minutes to present the opportunities and advantages of their company. If both parties are satisfied, further negotiations will continue in a job interview session.
- Job Interview
The Human Capital Development Center, by reviewing job opportunities and matching received resumes from job seekers, arranges job interviews between employer representatives and job seekers in multiple rooms provided at the Workstation location.
- Employment Tour
Providing the opportunity for close visits to the work environment and becoming familiar with the various departments and activities of the organization gives job seekers a better chance to make informed choices. In the Employment Tour, job seekers visit several companies related to their field of expertise and have the opportunity to select their ideal workplace.
- Job Seekers’ Introduction Booklet
The job seeker's details, competition results in the Olympics, and the individual's scorecard in the human resources ranking plan will be compiled into a booklet and provided to employers for better review and selection.
