First "Sadaf" Job Event at TechOlympics 2025

The inaugural "Sadaf" Employment Event and Job Station will connect top tech talent with knowledge-based companies at the Iran International Innovation Region with 8 innovative job matching programs.
 

​The inaugural "Sadaf" Employment Event will be held concurrently with the second Technology Olympics 2025 at Pardis Technology Park. Designed around the theme of the "Job Station," this specialized event aims to establish a direct connection between skilled job seekers and knowledge-based and technology companies. Hosted within the Iran International Innovation Region, the event offers a unique opportunity for both employers and job seekers to discover the best employment matches through innovative job-matching methods, fostering sustainable collaboration and employment.

​This year's Job Station will feature prominent Pardis Technology Park member companies, alongside leading technology and knowledge-based firms. Beyond presenting diverse job opportunities, it serves as a crucial platform for showcasing and recognizing top talent.

​The event is structured into eight distinct sections, each designed to facilitate direct interaction between candidates and recruiters:

  • Job Fair: Showcasing the latest job openings at knowledge-based companies and serving as a platform for top talent acquisition.
  • ​Talent Stage: Candidates publicly present their skills and capabilities to employers in a 5-minute pitch, securing potential job interviews.
  • Employer Stage: Companies present their hiring needs and organizational capacities to job seekers.
  • ​30 in 30 Duel: A rapid-fire opportunity for candidates to showcase their abilities to a recruiter in 30 seconds and receive instant feedback, aiming to initiate job negotiations.
  • ​Career Consulting & Mentoring: Providing specialized counseling and mentoring services to job seekers and employers for better career and collaboration guidance.
  • ​Job Meet (1v1 Interviews): Arranging exclusive interview sessions between candidates and employers in dedicated rooms to discuss specific job openings.
  • Career Cafe: Hosting short-term workshops tailored to job seekers' needs in employment and personal development.
  • ​Employment Tour: Close-up visits by job seekers to technology companies to select a suitable work environment and organizational culture.


​The core objective of the "Sadaf" program is to create a genuine interaction platform, ensuring that job opportunities align with skills and capabilities, thus facilitating the recruitment of specialized personnel for tech companies.
