Sajjad Abbasi-Fashmi announced the TechOlympics 2025 Job Station will host over 300 job interviews and 50 employment tours for elites, facilitating direct linkage with knowledge-based companies and the innovation job market.
According to the Technology Olympics Secretariat, Sajjad Abbasi-Fashmi, Director-General of Promotion and Development of Innovation Clusters at Pardis Technology Park, underscored the significance of the employment section in the second Technology Olympics event. He stated: "The Tech Olympics Job Station proves this event is not limited to technological competitions but serves as a vital platform for job creation and placing top talents in knowledge-based and technology companies."
Significant Growth in Job Matching Metrics
Abbasi-Fashmi detailed the extensive programs: "This section includes initiatives like the Talent Stage, hosting over 300 job interviews, implementing 50 employment tours to tech companies, and publishing a resume booklet of selected candidates. The goal is to establish a direct link between elites and tech companies, facilitating the entry of young talents into the knowledge-based employment ecosystem."
He highlighted the impressive growth compared to the previous year: "In Tech Olympics 2024, approximately 143 job opportunities and 231 interview sessions were held. However, for the 2025 edition, we anticipate over 200 new job opportunities, more than 1,000 specialized resumes, and 50 employment tours. These figures represent more than a twofold increase in employment and mentoring services compared to last year."
A National Reference for Talent-Market Linkage
Abbasi-Fashmi emphasized: "The Job Station is gradually becoming a national reference for linking tech elites with the knowledge-based job market, playing a key role in guiding the country's talent towards professional and technological careers."
