Tech Olympics: A Platform for Discovering the Country’s Hidden Technological Talents

The TechOlympics2025, recognized as one of the key events in the country’s innovation ecosystem, will be held in November 2025 at Pardis Technology Park. The event aims to create effective connections between specialized human capital and technology-driven companies operating in various fields.

Abbasi Feshami, Secretary of the second edition of the Tech Olympics, emphasized the importance of this event in identifying technological talents in the country, stating:

“TechOlympics2025 is a unique opportunity to discover and introduce young talents and specialists in the field of technology. This event not only provides a platform for competition and showcasing abilities but also creates direct connections between elite individuals and high-tech companies in the country.”

He added:

“At a time when the need for specialized human resources in emerging technology fields is greater than ever, the Tech Olympics can play a crucial role in guiding this human capital toward professional career paths and fostering collaborations with innovation centers and tech companies.”

The secretary also stressed:

“One of the main goals of TechOlympics2025 is to create interaction between individual talents and organizational capacities so that companies can identify and recruit skilled professionals aligned with their needs. The event is designed as a series of specialized competitions to foster effective connections among the main players in the country’s technology ecosystem.”

He further noted that in the first edition of the competition, more than 145 job openings—mainly in the fields of programming, artificial intelligence, electronics, mechanics, and cybersecurity—were offered by companies affiliated with the park. Over 50 employers attended the event, resulting in more than 250 job interviews for 500 job seekers. In addition, 12 duels between employers and job seekers were held, and 125 participants presented their skills to employers in a segment called Talent Stage.
