Over 100 Job Opportunities Identified in the Early Days

The TechOlympics Job and Employment Station, a key feature of this innovative event, has officially launched, aiming to create direct interaction between young professionals and tech-based and knowledge-based companies. This station offers a platform for member companies of Iran’s International Innovation District to introduce their job opportunities to experts in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, mechanics, and computer science.

So far, over 100 job opportunities have been identified at this station, underscoring the significance and scale of the event. With the presence of prominent tech companies and knowledge-based startups, the Job Station offers a unique opportunity for job seekers to connect with desired positions through innovative job-matching methods.

Mr. Yasin Saeedi, the organizer of the TechOlympics Job Station, stated: “In these early days, we have witnessed a wide turnout from both job seekers and tech companies. To date, over 100 job opportunities from member companies of Pardis Technology Park have been identified, highlighting the high capacity of the TechOlympics Job Station in connecting skilled workers with companies in need of talent.”

Job Station Sections

The station includes various sections, each designed to improve and accelerate the hiring process with an innovative approach:

Talent Stage: Job seekers present their skills publicly to employers in a 5-minute pitch. This allows employers to quickly identify suitable candidates and invite them for job interviews.

3-on-3 Duel: In this section, job seekers showcase their skills privately to an employer for 3 minutes, followed by the employer’s 3-minute presentation of their company and the benefits of joining their team.

Job Interview: The Human Resources Development Center coordinates direct interviews between employers and job seekers in dedicated rooms, matching resumes with job opportunities.

Employment Tour: This offers job seekers the chance to visit various workplaces and get an up-close view of organizational structures and activities.

Job Seeker Profile Book: A booklet is compiled with job seeker profiles, including their TechOlympics results and scores, for employers to review in more detail.
